Laser Track Sequence Firing to Make Wind Flow to Wind Turbine Generators

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

What do you do when the wind dies and you were relying on that wind to propel wind generation to collect on all our alternative energy needs? Well I have a plan you see; create our own wind. How so you ask? Well, we know that fires do this right? But how; well you see heat rises and pushes the air up. What if we use high-heat and high-energy lasers in front of fields of wind turbine generators to create the wind and get it started again at a good pace? And then allow the wind generators to pick up?

Well I see you like my idea so far, but you are probably saying, great and then you turn off the laser and the wind stops right? Wrong, because if you do it right you can create a horizontal tornado like affect which will suck new air in and continue under a lot less power thru the normal physics of the vortex flows. Okay yah sure you are still saying?

Well consider that the tornado like affect spins with the wind turbine generator blades and there are many many wind turbines in series and once you start the flow it continues either laterally across the field of generators or back towards the series of turbines in a row? Next consider as the artificially created wind passes the last one, you hit the laser again to continue this process through pulses. Let’s harness Mother Nature,s greatest affects and use her energy to serve, it is only hot air? But this article isn’t. Consider this in 2006.

Go for new real estate with bkr loan, 253610 euro in one phone call

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

Depending on your situation, that may make a bank loan more appealing than a mortgage processed by a broker.

Many of these fees are fixed but some can be negotiated.

Both banks and brokers have their strengths and weaknesses. Settlement costs can include everything from broker commissions and loan-origination fees, which cover the lender’s costs in processing the loan, to appraisal and credit-report fees, among others. Some will quote you precise, competitive rates 4 percent. Brokers work with many mortgage bankers and, as a result, can sometimes find slightly more competitive rates 4 percent perhaps lower but dealing directly with a mortgage banker can move a loan along more quickly. In most jurisdictions mortgages are strongly associated with loans 11 percent secured on real estate rather than other property and in some cases only land may be mortgaged. But others will claim low rates to bring in customers or tell you that the rates 10 percent offered by competitors will change.

Different lenders charge different fees. Although most mortgage experts say that rates 6 percent are pretty much the same wherever you go, give or take this tiny 11 percentage. A mortgage is the pledging of a property to a lender as a security for a mortgage loan for 9 percent. Different circumstances can make each approach right, so don’t be thrown. Start with credibility. It’s not easy to know if the prices quoted by lenders are reliable. So how do you find a lender or broker you can trust’ While a mortgage in itself is not a debt, it is evidence of a debt of 7 percent.

Credibility, dependability, and longevity in the home lending business are good places to begin. In other words, the mortgage is a security for the loan that the lender makes to the borrower. Arranging a mortgage is seen as the standard method by which individuals and businesses can purchase residential and commercial real estate without the need to pay the full value immediately. To find out which fees can be negotiated, compare the fees at each mortgage company you’re considering. See mortgage loan for residential mortgage lending, and commercial mortgage for lending against commercial property. And of course, each loan and each borrower are different. It is a transfer of an interest in land, from the owner to the mortgage lender, on the condition that this interest will be returned to the owner of the real estate when the terms of the mortgage have been satisfied or performed.

This is interesting: “I never blame myself when I’m not hitting. I just blame the bat and if it keeps up, I change bats. After all, if I know it isn’t my fault that I’m not hitting, how can I get mad at myself?”

Yogi Berra

“It’s a good thing Babe Ruth isn’t here. If he was, George Steinbrenner would have him bat seventh and say he’s overweight.”

Graig Nettles

Another interesting one: You can’t think and hit at the same time.

Yogi Berra

Can you believe it? Don’t be afraid to take advice. There’s always something new to learn.
Babe Ruth

Show me a guy, who’s afraid to look bad, and I’ll show you a guy you can beat.

Jim Bouton

No matter what I talk about, I always get back to baseball.

Connie Mack

The trouble with baseball is that it is not played the year round.

Family Importance

Wednesday, August 27th, 2008

I do not feel that people are considering their families to be as important as they really are. So many people are alright with working far away from their children and never seeing them. It is really sad, because the kids end up being raised by complete strangers. This is why I have been looking to find the perfect home base business opportunity. Not only would I want to benefit from it, but I would also want to include those closest to me in on it. I think that being home with the family is much more important than making more money that you really need.

My husband and I have been wanting to move to a small town in the country for a while now. The only problem is that there are not as many career opportunities. It is harder to make enough money to support your family out there than it is when you live in the city. We do not want our children to be raised in the city way of life, though. So, we have been researching and trying to find a great home base business opportunity that would work for us. That way, we could have the countryside and the money at the same time.

What Is Broadband

All About Broadband

Defining broadband in simple terms

There are so many different ways to define broadband. The most obvious definition is basically a transmission medium that lets a person send and receive various types of data along multiple pathways. This is far better than voice communication devices. In the simplest terms, it is being able to access a wide range of data through a single connection at a speed that is reasonable.

The difference between traditional dial-up connections and broadband is great. A phone line limits the amount of information that can be sent and received because it only has 56kbps. In contrast, the width of a broadband connection is greater than 2 mbps. This allows a person to access many different frequencies and channels on its wide pathway. It has made life much simpler for those that like to play video games on the Internet and also for those people who do things like heavy graphics work. They can now import, send and receive large amounts of data quickly and easily.

The minimum width of a broadband pathway is still being debated. When broadband first came onto the scene, it was defined as any line that was greater than 2 mbps in width. It has been suggested by experts that the definition of a broadband pathway should be at least 3 mbps. There are others who have complained that it should be at least 20 mbps. The debate continues to rage on, and now people that wish to give a broadband connection a trial use often have service at 1 mbps. The point is that people cannot really agree what the minimum width of bandwidth should be for it to be called broadband. Even DSL service, which ranges between 256kbps of capacity on the downstream and over 1.5 mbps on the upstream capacity, is being labeled as broadband. This current definition of broadband also includes cable TV modems, which operate at similar speeds. The bottom line is that anything that is larger than the narrow line of a telephone line, which will only hold 64 kbps, falls under the technical definition of broadband.

Nowadays, nearly everyone has broadband service. When the Internet began to be more popular with the general population, most people were content with the narrow line dial-up Internet services. But we have a need for speed these days. Files and Web pages have become more complicated, and this requires more storage space and memory. The need to send and receive bulky amounts of information quickly has become the norm, so broadband service is the answer to these needs. It is hard to find anyone who uses dial-up service these days. Everyone wants to take advantage of the benefits of broadband. These benefits are now considered essential to every type of office worker that uses a computer in their daily job. The only people who probably don’t consider broadband important are those that don’t make a living with their computer. However, this too, is changing, as more telecommuting jobs become available..

Work at Home Jobs – Scopists

Thursday, August 21st, 2008

In this new age of telecommuting, and with the revival of the stay at home mom, more and more people are searching to find work from home professions that will make them enough money to sustain a household income. In this article we will explore the work-at-home profession of scoping.

What is a scopist? The leading scopist and court reporter directory, Scoping Central, defines scopists as those who “edit the imperfect transcripts created by court reporters from their stenographic notes.” In more basic terms, scopists work for court reporters and their responsibility is to take their rough drafts of the notes taken by the court reporter at a legal proceeding, translate it into the form of an editable electronic document, and through a computer program to clean up the spelling, punctuation, grammatical errors and formatting so that the final transcripts look more perfect.

Once the scopist has done their job, the next step is the transcript is re-read for final proofing either by another hired individual called a proofreader, or by the court reporters themselves. Once the transcripts have been scoped and proofread they are finalized, printed, and then become official court documents.

Scopists can earn a lot of money if they are proficient, professional, and can find the right scopist-reporter relationship. Some scopists earn more than the average paralegal or legal secretary, all from the comfort of their own home.

You may be wondering how to enter the field of scoping, or how scopists are able to find work. There are several websites dedicated to helping people gain the knowledge, training, and materials required to become a successful scopist and to find work. For example at Scopists.com court reporters can join the discreet query system to send private emails to scopists looking for work. At ScopingCentral.com both scopists and court reporters can register a free account, build their own web page, list in the searchable database as accepting or offering work {or booked up once they find a job) and post job opportunities on the private job board only viewable to members. These sites also offer helpful articles to get you started, salary averages, and links to schools and other information about scopists.

Cheryl Johnson is a professional scopist and a freelance writer for the Scoping Central scopist and court reporter directory website. You can view her profile, contact information, and more helpful articles about scopists at Scoping Central at http://www.scopingcentral.com

The Tech Heads Need To Make It Simple For the Average Human

Thursday, August 21st, 2008

The tech-heads need to build new software that makes obtaining information and collective communication a simple process for the average human.

Being the total opposite to a technical person, it is hard to imagine future Internet software advances. The techno-humans have come up with incredible ideas and subsequently their ideas have come to fruition. It seems like anything a human puts their mind to can be done. Our species has come such a long way, but I feel the key to the next part in our evolution of technology and consciousness is to integrate the ideas of the average person. Who do we build all this technology for anyway? I think it’s made for humans to have a better life. It’s time to start making the technological advances in computing with the non-computer-based people of the world in mind. A famous American journalist Sidney J. Harris once said,

“The real danger is not that computers will begin to think like men, but that men will begin to think like computers.”

Computer and Internet specialists have to realize that they have gone so deep into their fields that they now can no longer see what the computer world looks like to a novice like myself. All this techno-jargon and hundreds of different types of software can be quite overwhelming to a normal person who just wants to take part in this new way of interacting with reality and society.

We’ve got to simplify if we want this awesome force to be integrated into our lives in its highest form. I know the Internet is growing at an incredible rate already. One only has to look at the example of India to see the incredible mark Information Technology has made. You can go into a tiny village that looks relatively the same as it has been for fifty years; the general infrastructure is shocking: broken traffic lights, decrepit buildings, power lines splaying out in chaotic patterns. But, something big has changed; each town now has a satellite dish, and an ISP connection (Internet Service Provider)! This is truly amazing. However I believe it is only the beginning of a new revolution that will arrive when we simplify the information and communication processes.

So what’s the special answer to the sacred question? Well, I haven’t got all the ideas, but I know of six billion human souls out there who I’m sure would have an opinion if you asked them. Find out what people really want and need. Recently I wrote an article on how great it would be if we could get our News from multiple sources instead of the one-to-many, top-down structure that feeds us so much negativity today. An opportunity to only read relevant News to the individual’s liking also sounds like a great project to take on. Wouldn’t it also be great if we could communicate easily with others of similar interests? E.g.: Finding the blogs and websites that interest us without having to search for days on end to find them!

These are just a couple ideas the software masters could approach to make the new revolution of collective consciousness and independent thinking a reality. I truly believe the Internet could be the gate of entry into a new dimension for the average citizen of Earth, a dimension that thrives on the sharing of knowledge from multiple perspectives, communication that involves everyone, and incredible access to individuals who you’ve always wanted to meet. Come on people, let’s get with the program! Humans are a resilient, powerful race of creatures; it’s time to duplicate all this energy we’ve put into producing technology and put it into making it easily used by the masses for positive means. The plant has grown into a tall healthy tree, now it’s time to harvest the fruit of all our labor.

For The Serious Internet Marketer: Here’s A Quick And Easy Way To Reach 1000s of Buyers today

Monday, August 18th, 2008

Why do so many internet marketers waste their time on ineffective practices and outmoded techniques that stopped working before the start of the new millennium?

There is one thing that matters (and one thing only) in the realm of internet marketing: Converting the random web surfer into a pre-qualified, pre-sold visitor to your website.

Does Google Adwords pre-sell your visitors? No, not really.

Does your banner on an affiliate website pre-qualify your visitors? No, not really.

There is a way to drive a stream of targeted, pre-sold, pre-qualified traffic to your website. Write a few articles that are interesting, helpful and unique. It’s that simple, really. Take a look at how getting a few articles published makes a world of difference in your actual conversion to subscriptions and sales.

A FREE SAMPLE

When you give someone some very good information in your article, they become familiar with your work. Think of your article like the “free sample” you get at the grocery store. You try the bit of pizza or the latest cheese spread, and then you buy some to take home for later. Your article introduces your expertise and gives the reader a look at the quality of your work. They become familiar with you, with your point of view, with your “take” on things.

Once someone has finished reading your article, they will have a “feeling” about what you have written, and they will agree or disagree with your stand on the topic. Those who agree with you are more likely to visit your website to hear more of what you have to say.

These are pre-sold visitors, people who come to your site open to what you have to say, like the way you say it, and are more likely to become subscribers or buyers.

AUTOMATIC TARGETING

When you write an interesting, helpful article, newsletter editors seeking good quality content will want to publish it. These publishers know their audience. Most newsletters are published around a particular topic or theme. The subscribers to this newsletter are interested in this theme, that’s why they continue to be subscribers. That means that when your article appears in this newsletter, it is automatically reaching your pre-qualified, perfectly targeted audience.

Combine perfect targeting with your ability to pre-sell your visitors and you have a recipe for success. Now you only need one more thing…

MASSIVE DISTRIBUTION

You’ve got to get your article in front of newsletter editors. There are three simple ways to do this, and they are all quick, cheap and effective. You can do it yourself, or you can take advantage of a quick and easy approach (which we’ll discuss in a moment).

~Groups~

You can submit your article to article announcement groups. These subscription email distribution lists allow you to send your article directly to publishers and editors seeking free content. There are literally hundreds of groups you can join. Some of the more popular are the Yahoo! Groups Article Announce ( http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Article_Announce ), The Write Articles ( http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TheWriteArticles ) and Best Free Content- Business ( http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bestfreecontent_business ) These groups are all looking for business related articles.

~Article Repositories~

There are article banks and repositories that accept articles by category. GoArticles.com and ezinearticles.com are some of the biggest players, while some new sites like www.content-articles.com and www.Niche-Content-Articles.com are just getting started and are eager to receive your articles.

~Newsletters & Content Sites~

There are literally hundreds of thousands of ezines online – and they all need content. Niche website owners are looking to publish articles that their niche audience will find interesting. Contact the publisher – ask if they accept articles. Send a sample and see if they like what you write, then you can send them your articles and have them published. It takes some work, but it’s doable.

But why go through all the effort when you can use a quick and easy method to reach 1000s of buyers today, without doing the work by hand, without being chained to your computer, and without paying an arm and a leg?

QUICK AND EASY

You can submit all the articles you want, whenever you want, on any schedule you want, with a few clicks of your mouse. It’s how I drive thousands of visitors to my sites every single day. It is the hallmark of my success.

I have automated the article submission process. Why? Because I quickly got tired of doing the manual work myself. Visiting sites, copying and pasting my article in different formats, remembering all the myriad usernames and passwords – and that was just the beginning.

Each site has different guidelines and submission rules. Some have word count restrictions; others don’t want more than one article per week. Each site has specific categories and content restrictions. Trying to keep track of when I submitted my articles, where this article could go and where I should send that article, remembering which articles had already gone out, where I hadn’t yet submitted… it was overwhelming.

TECHNOLOGY TO THE RESCUE!

I put together a tech team and I said, “I don’t want to do this by hand anymore.” We sat down and designed a system that automatically manages the guidelines, formats the article according the needs of the publisher, inserts the “reprint rights” boilerplate for the article sites that require that, incorporates my resource box and formats the whole thing with the correct number of characters per line.

What used to take me hours and hours of effort is now completed in less than five minutes of my personal attention, and then the system does all the work. My articles get wide distribution. I get traffic every day from the articles I publish, and because the system is constantly monitoring the web, my list is always up to date with current publishers and repositories. When a site disappears, it comes off the list. When a new site pops up, it is incorporated into the list, complete with the categories it accepts, the author terms of service that must be followed and the publishing guidelines. I don’t have to remember – the system does.

So the choice is yours. You can certainly submit your articles by hand to newsletter editors and article banks. It’s completely free, it just takes you a bit of time. You’ll want to keep a log of the places you submit to, and the dates, since it may take you several weeks to achieve full distribution.

With the quick and easy method, I put each article into the http://www.articlemarketer.com system only once, I don’t have to keep track of which sites I’ve submitted to – because I know that the system automatically submits the articles to as many places as possible. It frees me up to do other things – all I have to do is sit back and wait for the traffic to roll in.

And roll in it does. My sites receive thousands and thousands of visitors, and since I started writing articles, my conversions have gone through the roof!

With my this quick and easy method(which is available to you at http://www.ArticleMarketer.com ) I don’t have to do any of the drudgework by hand anymore and I get to focus my time and effort on building my business, instead of sitting at a computer filling out web forms by hand.

Isn’t that what you’d like to do?

Article submission is boring drudgework that needed to be automated. Visit http://www.articlemarketer.com and find out how One-Touch Submission makes distributing your articles all over the web a snap! The server does all the work, and your articles are quickly distributed. Because it’s done automatically, you can submit as many articles (literally thousands if you like) for one very low subscription price. http://www.articlemarketer.com

Why A Collection Agency Is Your Small Business’s Best Friend

Sunday, August 17th, 2008

Does the term “collection agency” put you on edge? If you’re like many small business owners, the mountain of debt you accumulated during startup might have been enough to make you worry about collection agencies every time you answered the phone. But your feelings toward collection agencies are eventually going to change, if they haven’t already.

While no one wants to hire a small business collection agency, it’s a sad reality of doing business that not every customer feels the need to pay, or has the ability to pay all at once.

If you want to stay in business, you’ll need to collect that money. When your most polite and not-so-polite reminders to pay have failed, you’ll need to start getting serious, which means going to an agency.

Collection Agency Services: More Benefits Than Costs

Professional collection agency services will certainly cost more than just writing letters demanding your money back. But the amount of money you’ll collect, not to mention the time you’ll save, will more than pay it back. In fact, when you consider the hourly rate of your employees, or you yourself, collection agencies’ fees really can be quite a bargain.

Let’s say you have an assistant your business pays $10/hour, effectively costing your business $15/hour once you count in employment taxes, benefits, and the overhead of your office. You would be lucky if that assistant spent just five hours total on each debt, and managed to collect half of them. But you would have sunk $150 into each successful collection. Plus, there’s the opportunity cost: $150 worth of time you haven’t spent in growing your business. So the net loss is $300, and probably more if you’re a profitable business that gets a good return on your people’s time.

But if you refer your delinquent debts to a collection agency for $75 each, and they collect three-quarters of them, you’ve invested only $100 per debt collected. Once you factor in all the money from all the debts the agency collected for you that you couldn’t have collected on your own, the return on investment is huge. That’s not even counting the saved opportunity cost, or all the stress you’ll save yourself and your associates.

In the end, your small business has to focus on doing what brings in the money: your core business. Leave your taxes to your accountant, your office repairs to your building manager, and your collections to your small business collection agency.

If you have a small business, medical practice or facility, and you have customers, clients or patients that are not paying you within your stated terms – you might need the services of a small business collection agency.

The Exploding Multi National Land Space — Assisted by The PropertyIndex.com Company

Saturday, August 16th, 2008

PropertyIndex.com make it easy to find property in America, whether you are looking for a villa or an apartment, they can help you find the right property.

Even though the Property Index service is a fairly young agency, they were registered only in March of 2007, they were very quick to become experts. They’re a extraordinarily unceremonious agency concentrated on offering consultation services to every client who is designing to sell, buy, rent, etc. property almost anywhere in the world. Their pledge: to lend you a hand to determine precisely what’s desired quick and, even better, without pain. Realty is up for grabs across the globe now, one of the swankiest areas being land you can purchase in the United States. It should be no problem to tick off the glorious properties for sale in the United States, the motive for picking estate here is the houses and apartments available for sale and the great opportunity to live with such a bouncing and fervent population.

It’s one of the most popular countries now, and considering the scenic beauty and sunshine surrounding you, how could you be wrong? Realty in the United States is very rich in history, culture and art, this region has long been home to a lot of indigenous cultures. About 25 or 30 years ago there’d be a mere trickle of UK citizens who are looking for properties in the United States. Ask any one single person who has moved to the United States and they’ll certainly back this up. Lots of people would descry it as a rage and others descry it as a as something approaching a compulsion. People actually moving here range from young working couples in search of a life perspective to retired buyers looking to enjoy themselves and settle down.

Bear in mind, however, that you might hit on some snags when looking to buy properties overseas — you’ll find there are a million actions to ponder when organising, calling in or completing. Even if a single minute step is missed it could create sizable snags plus, critically, a financial hammering. Obviously and expectably with this sought after region, properties may well be very upscale in this region which is naturally because of the peaking market demand. This notwithstanding, the real estate buyer indeed is very spoilt in an area so full of pleasant surroundings. Definitely it can boast the lot customers might feasibly long for and plenty more.
