Open a paypal.com account to accept payments.
Use Locked Area Lite to create a secure member’s area for your product so customers can download it. I use it to create membership profiles after a purchase so my customers can login at a later time when new videos are posted.
Make sure you have an FTP program like FIleZilla for PC users and Captain FTP for Mac users.
Once you’ve created your web site and sales copy test different price points by setting up different web pages each with different price points. This is easy done with your Paypal.com account.
Use Google Adwords or your favorite pay per click company to send people to your different pages and track the results to get your best price point.
If you need to deliver your product via email use eJunkie or just create a download page with a link to download the product your customers purchase.
Test, Test, Test everything from links to forms to price points to purchase process. The entire process should be seamless.
